meet mollie

With 16 years in the industry, Mollie has a deep love for creating connection and art through drinks. She began working in a winery which cemented a passion and love of winemaking, wine pairings and social connection over drinks. She began making craft cocktails while working in the hotel and restaurant sector which wove in a new passion. After moving back to Eastern Oregon, she realized that serving her friends and family their favorite cocktails brought such joy - to both herself and those around her. Now she has turned that passion into a business that brings not only experience and passion, but fun and enjoyment to your special events.

  • Clients purchase the alcohol for their event, but don't worry — I won't send you into the liquor store with nothing but a shopping cart and good luck!

    I'll help you determine what to purchase and how much you'll need based on your guest count, event length and drink menu. You purchase the alcohol, and I'll help make the process as simple as possible.

  • YES! This is one of my favorite parts!

    Want His & Hers cocktails for your wedding? A signature drink named after your dog? A cocktail inspired by the birthday girl's favorite candy? Let's have some fun with it.

    Custom cocktail creation is available as an add-on with select packages and can be incorporated into a completely customized Made to Mix event.

  • Absolutely! A great bar should have something fun for everyone.

    Mocktails can be added to your event menu, and I'm happy to create options that feel just as festive and special as the cocktails — not just hand someone a can of soda and call it good.

    Let me know what you're envisioning and we can build non-alcoholic options into your event.

  • Mix It With Mollie is based in Hermiston, Oregon and is happy to travel! Travel within 25 miles of Hermiston is included. Events outside that area may include a travel fee based on distance. Longer-distance events may require a custom travel quote. Any applicable travel costs will always be included in your quote upfront — no surprises!

  • Mix It With Mollie takes responsible alcohol service seriously. I hold a valid Oregon alcohol service permit, and any additional licensing requirements are determined based on the specific details of your event.

    Insurance coverage and any event-specific requirements will also be reviewed as part of the booking process.

  • Depending on the setup of your event, guests may be able to purchase drinks or leave tips. Oregon licensing requirements can vary based on how alcohol is purchased, served and paid for, so we'll discuss the details during the planning process.

    If additional event licensing is required, I'll make sure that's addressed before your event so everything is set up appropriately.
